Any issue must be flagged out to the delivery personnel immediately. · In the event of failed delivery (Customer not at the nominated delivery location), a $15 administrative fee will be imposed for re-delivery. 4) Order Cancellations · Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice value however, orders for special products namely, products customized according to customer specifications are not subject to cancellations. · Pre-orders are required for 50% deposit, no cancellation is allowed.
